How to View Orders in WooCommerce

WooCommerce keeps a detailed record of all purchases made on your site. To view these orders:

1. Login: Access your WordPress dashboard using your unique login credentials.

2. Access WooCommerce Orders:

  • Hover over ‘WooCommerce’ in the left-hand navigation menu.
  • Click on ‘Orders’.

3. Identify New Orders:

  • When there are new, un-viewed orders, a notification icon with a number will appear next to ‘Orders’. This number indicates the count of new orders.

4. Explore Additional Settings:

  • In the ‘Orders’ section, you’ll also find settings for various add-on tools related to order management.

5. Order Filtering Options:

  • Use the filter options to view orders based on their status: All, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, or Failed.

6. Order Details:

  • Each order is assigned a unique number, along with details like the purchase date, current status (which you can update), and the total amount.
